To access Google Apps/Drive/Docs students simply need to go to any Google page and sign in at the top right with there firstname.lastname@example.org credentials. This is the same account used to access the Internet, Student and Sentral Portals and emails.
Google Apps are browser based. This means the documents, presentations, files, images and contacts stored in a Google Account can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, including phones and tablets.
At Coffs Harbour Senior College teachers will be using Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365 in conjunction with Moodle where appropriate to deliver lessons and allow collaboration activities in a variety of subjects. But even if your teachers aren't using Google Apps in their teaching practice, you may still use it to manage your notes and learning. And best of all... it's free!
