Where do I go if I've forgotten my username or password?
Staff at the Technology Service Desk can assist you in resetting all of the passwords required for campus computer, Internet, email and Moodle access.

Where can I borrow a laptop or other equipment?
A number of classrooms have laptops in trolleys available for you to use during lessons when a device is required for a class activity. You will need to provide your own storage for your files.
Laptops, tablets, cameras and a variety of multimedia equipment can be borrowed on short-term loans from the Student Learning Centre in E Block
If my device is broken or stolen on campus or at home will the College repair or replace it?
No. Care and maintenance of BYOD devices are the responsibility of the student.
Suspected theft should be reported to campus security.
Who should I see if I accidentally leave my device somewhere on campus?
You should first ask the teacher you had for the class you suspect you misplaced the device in. They may also be able to check if another College class used the room after your class ended.
Most classrooms also feature a timetable of classes that use that room outside the room.
Lost and found items can also be found with Campus Security at the Library end of A Block or Admin at the front of the campus.
Devices found in computer labs are generally left with the Technology Service Desk.
